Jeremy Arnaud stands out as one of the most remarkable and exciting producers in all of Chablis. His w**es are exceptionally beautiful and currently offer some of the best values in the entire Burgundy region. Château Durfort-Vivens, an 1855 Second Growth estate in Margaux, Bordeaux, is producing incredible w**e today. The w**ery maintains a strong focus on organic and biodynamic agricultural practices which is uncommon in Bordeaux.

The Château stopped producing a traditional second w**e in 2019 and began focusing on bottling three specific parcels to showcase the difference in expression across their vineyard holdings. Today we have one of those expressions to offer from the Les Plantes vineyard in the heart of Margaux!

New Allocation: Domaine des Comtes Lafon

Coming across the opportunity to acquire a single bottle from Domaine des Comtes Lafon is more difficult than finding a four-leaf clover. Spoken with the same reverence as the likes of Domaine François Raveneau, Domaine Coche-Dury, and even Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (DRC), Domaine des Comtes Lafon is very clearly producing w**e of the highest quality in Burgundy, and thus only for serious Burgundy lovers!

A special offering from a special producer in Chablis; Domaine Pattes Loup (translating to “wolf’s paws”) is a highly acclaimed, organic, and biodynamic w**e estate working with top vineyards in the region of Chablis, France. Founded by rising star Thomas Pico in 2005, the 15-hectare estate is celebrated for producing Chablis with striking briny minerality, textured depth, and mouthwatering acidity.

Thomas Pico produces several distinct bottlings that over-deliver and push the boundaries of traditional Chablis. We are proud to work with a few of these extraordinary bottlings.
