Found a couple of pigs from our ranch at the Elmore County Fair today! If anyone is looking for piglets for next 4H fair season hit us up. These pigs had a growth rate of 2.1lbs per day. We will also have a steer ready for 4H next year.

We have passed 100 gallons of milk produced by our cows this year, starting in April! That’s over $350 dollars saved on milk alone! Not to mention all the yogurt, cheese and butter we have made with our milk! It’s a lot of hard work but I am thankful for our cows!

We have 7 pigs going to butcher in about a month. If you are looking for something to fill your freezer please let us know as soon as possible so we can get people locked in.

Banding and tagging calves today! We have 3 boys and 2 girls! We will have a couple more calves born in the fall but these ones are ready!

Our newest member of the ranch born yesterday, a little Dexter! He is so cute and his face matches my mood for this morning. 😅🤫

Well call me crazy but we decided to add a bottle calf to the craziness!! This little girl will hopefully one day be a good milk cow for our family. She is a Jersey/Angus cross. She is super cute! Now we have a good place to put some of this milk to good use! Little miss is already helping out!
