Happy Easter from the Pastores!!

We are sold out of potica and strudels at this time. I will not be baking for another few weeks. I had surgery for a torn acl, so I am unable to bake for now. I will post when I'm back in business.

1 year ago today I rang the radiation bell!🔔

I spent 2 weeks at the Mayo Clinic-Rochester, 4 1/2 hours away from home, by myself. My husband and daughter made the trip for my last session.

Life is precious. Make time for yourself and your loved ones. That is the greatest gift.

In order to keep myself healthy and spend time with my family after working 12 hour days, I've become pretty strict with pick up times.

** Call 1st before stopping at the shop. I've had to turn a few people away this week. Didn't call ahead and we were out of potica

**I'm in the shop baking from 10-2 Mon-Friday. Pick up during those hours. If you can't make it then, you need to schedule a time before 5pm. I plan my errands, and rest time, around those times. No pick ups after 5pm, no exceptions.

**No pick ups on the weekend. My body needs to recharge for the next week.

**I do not take orders via text or fb messenger. I work with my hands all day and don't have time to type responses.

**I am done taking shipping orders for the 2026 Holiday season.

**Rudeness will not be tolerated.**
I am one person. I don't have any employees. Christmas comes on December 25th every year. All of my potica is handmade, therefore I can only make a limited amount each day.

It's that time again. My Milan celebrated his 81st birthday yesterday!!! For 10 years he's been coming to my shop and helping out during the busy holiday season. I couldn't do it without this guy!!

Big shout out to Equipment LLC!!!
I called on Monday to order a new freezer. It was delivered and set up in my shop yesterday!!

As a thanks, I sent potica with the delivery drivers. Here is the creative way they ate it! Doesn't it look delicious!
