Ever wondered how olive oil is made? From our grove to your kitchen- a different kind of farm to table. 🫒

It begins in the grove, at the exact moment the olives reach their peak.
Carefully harvested, then carried to the mill while still vibrant and alive with flavor. There, they are gently rinsed and cold-pressed within hours, releasing a fresh, green oil- bright, complex, and full of character.
Carefully bottled in dark glass, then labeled with the harvest date, so you know exactly when it all began.
