Good luck to all the hunters this weekend, especially the youth! We look forward to seeing what you all bring us next week!

Just a quick note:
We will not be having extended hours this weekend. If you get one outside of business hours, keep your deer in the shade and keep the chest cavity packed with ice. Leave the hide on to keep flies off the meat but get it gutted as soon as possible. This should help it safely last until Monday 😊

We have a winner! We combined likes and comments on our post asking what cut of chicken you wanted us to try the lemon pepper marinade on and the winner was boneless skinless thighs. You can now find these in the retail freezer! Swing on by to try a pack and let us know if this marinade is a keeper! As an added bonus, since these are thighs, they are easier on the wallet, coming in at $3.99/lb.

Let's talk deer! We have a few rules for processing to make things go smoother.

-please no trash bags. This just gets messy in a hurry and they tear way too easily.

-all deer must be field dressed before bringing it to us. We do not gut deer.

-hunting tags must be attached to the deer when you bring it in. We can't tell what deer belongs to whom when tags are missing.

-Drop offs are only accepted during business hours. Monday thru Friday 8am-12 and 1-5pm. Saturdays 9-12.

-Follow us here for updates on if we are still accepting drop offs or if we had to pause drop offs so we can catch up.

-please pick up your deer within 2 weeks of being notified that it is ready for pick up or additional fees may apply.

-there is a $100 deposit required at drop off

We hope all of our hunters have a successful and safe deer season! Thank you for letting us be part of it 😊

We recently posted about our pre-marinated chicken breasts and our regular chicken breasts. Now, we wanna hear from you! What is your favorite way to cook our chicken breasts? With school back in session and all the after school activities kicking up, we thought a recipe swap would help people discover new meals for their families. We will pick one to feature in a future post!
