What a meal tonight. Smoked pork chops from Full Circle Farms and Two Creek Farms LLC. Both were delicious. I paired mine with Smokin’ Soldier, the wife with Mustard Gas, and my son sauced it up with Blazin’ Battle. And of course, both were seasoned with Rub and Tug. We ate good tonight!

I had a leftover brisket problem.

The problem was there usually isn't any leftover brisket.

So I intentionally set some aside and made brisket hash and eggs. 💀🔥

10/10 would hide brisket from family members again.
