Well… the Recteq decided it wanted a two-week vacation. 😂

The control panel went out, but I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to recteq customer support. They jumped on it, got a brand-new control panel sent out free of charge, and made the whole process ridiculously easy.

New panel is installed, the smoker is back up and running, and we’re back to making meat taste like it actually deserves to be eaten. 🔥🥩

Stuff breaks. How a company handles it when it does is what matters. recteq_official absolutely delivered.

We officially wrapped up Grandma….and new addition to the garage/warehouse. 😂

It’s easy to get buried in everything that still needs to be done, but every once in a while you’ve gotta look around and realize how far this thing has come.

What started with homemade BBQ sauce and an idea has slowly taken over the garage and turned this into a real business.

One shelf, one case, and one order at a time. 🇺🇸
