What makes Brown Swiss cows so special? Brown Swiss are excellent grazers and adapt well to our 100% grass fed program. Our girls are beautiful shades of brown and grey. They have very docile temperaments and are naturally curious. They have high butter fat and protein milk which gives the milk a richer flavor. All our cows are registered and named family members.
