It’s always exciting and busy, when we get our beef back from the Hertzog’s, which is our USDA certified processor. Kids are such an awesome help with unloading beef, counting beef cuts in every box for inventory, labeling beef, and stocking. It’s a chore and we are so thankful to have them helping and working in this beef business❤️🥩🇺🇸
