Now taking reservations for the next round of made-to-order processing after July 4. Beef will be ready for delivery or pick-up around the end of July/early August. We will have quarter, half and whole beef options available — all cut to your liking. Comment, DM or text us for more details and to place an order. Cut sheets are sent out upon request.
