Meet our newest little shadow. ❤️🐮

This little girl was orphaned by her mother, so we stepped in and raised her ourselves.

Now she follows us everywhere, checks out everything we’re doing, and apparently believes the pickup belongs to her too. 😂

Needless to say, she’s worked her way into the family — and I think she’s earned herself a permanent home around here.
Sometimes ranch life gives you a few unexpected family members.

Welcome to NL Legacy Beef Co.!

We’re Natalie and Lee, and the “NL” in our name represents the family behind every animal we raise and every order we deliver.

Our goal is simple: provide families with premium, ranch-raised beef from a source they can know and trust. Our beef is USDA inspected, professionally processed, vacuum sealed, and available by the quarter, half, or whole—with one straightforward price that includes processing, packaging, and delivery to our scheduled Texas pickup locations.

We’re proud to raise the cattle, oversee the finishing process, and personally bring the finished beef to our customers.

More mystery meat may be headed to America.

China recently rejected 22 metric tons of beef from Argentina after testing reportedly detected a banned antibiotic.

Meanwhile, the United States is preparing to import up to 300,000 metric tons of foreign beef trimmings—and we still don’t know exactly where all of this new beef will come from.

Is it the same meat? There’s no evidence of that. But it certainly raises questions.

Tired of buying mystery meat?

With NL Legacy Beef Co., there’s no guessing. You know the family, the ranch, and the source.
