Mrs. Hop Siren decided the Cascade in her garden needed to be trimmed. The pile started off daunting but steady work turned it into a pile of leaves and stems and about 4 gallons of hop cones.

Yesterday, was supposed to be a brew day, but I ended up replumbing the RO system, then decided this was a good time to do an Overnight Mash. Anyways today is the AHA's Big Brew day, so I woke up had coffee and sparged out then completed the boil. One Pickle beer in the fermentor for this summer. Even Miss Muffy L Beaverhowzen is getting in on the act as she has made a small batch of a Jalapeno Mead. Now we are off to the Nature on Tap event in Carbondale for sure me great Scratch Brewing Company beers.

Yesterday, just kind of cascaded. I started out just wanting to clean up and reorganize a little bit, but it turned into a pull everything out and redo the entire layout. I think it's a bit more open now.
