The day after a b**r fest means time to do a deep cleaning on everything.
But at least I made it home with a little jewelry for the "Das Helga" Oktoberfest. Many thanks to the guys at Storm Brewing and the Visit Flora, IL - Flora Tourism folks, also to Kenny Markham for the pouring and setup assist.

So the b**r fridge compressor decided to finally die on me a little while back. Besides the fact that it was constantly leaking Freon, so I had to decide on spending a lot of money on replacing it or letting my overactive mind have control for little bit. End result, the compressor was pulled and I plumbed the glycol chiller into the fridge and p**f, it chills again. Just in time to stuff a dozen kegs of b**r in it for all the upcoming brew fests.

The Southern Illinois Brewers were at The Hop Brewery demostrating homebrewing. The event went well today, we brewed a Saison, a Wheat ale and a Smoked SMaSH.
