Happy New Year to all our amazing customers! 🎉✨
Thank you so much for your continued support and for trying new dishes with AppeThai. 2025 was a year full of changes, learning, and new experiences for us. Even through all of that, AppeThai is proudly entering our 4th year serving the community at local farmers markets and we couldn’t have done it without you.
As we step into 2026, we already have exciting plans and are preparing new ideas to improve and grow our business. You can expect some fresh changes and a few adjustments too (nothing is gone forever, just waiting for the right demand).
❣️What’s coming and changing in 2026:
- Thai Sausages will be paused for now, as they take a long time to produce.
- Our Breakfast Bagel from 2025 is staying! We’re also planning to introduce Curry Patties this year.
- A new AppeThai logo has arrived a fresh, sexy elephant! You may also see new tent colors at the farmers markets this summer.
- We will continue offering Togo or delivery orders, but the business hours may change as we evaluate what works best for our small business.
- Many new summer menu items are already in the works stay tuned!
