Before you worry about everything you need to get done this week, take a little breath.

And if today feels a little heavier than usual, maybe a favorite drink and a moment for yourself can help.

Here’s your reminder to be kind to yourself, too.

Take a sip. Take a breath. Start again. 🧋

You made it through another week. 🥹✨

That deserves a little reward.

Maybe it’s sleeping in tomorrow.
Maybe it’s dinner with friends.
Maybe it’s doing absolutely nothing.

Or maybe…

It’s a piña colada. 🍍💗

Whatever your weekend looks like, make a little room for happiness.

Happy Friday! 🌸

My logic this week:

“I deserve a matcha because I worked hard.”

Also:

“I deserve a matcha because I need a break.”

Also:

“I deserve a matcha just because.”🧋💗

Honestly, we support all of these reasons.

Sip happy, sip PositiviTea. ✨
