🍓Week of June 15, 2026 Berry Picking Update:
We are entering week #3 of strawberry picking. Here is what I am seeing in the fields, which is about on target for this last week:
🍓The berries are super sweet and medium in size. Every once in a while you will find a big berry. The day of the huge berry is over.
🍓You must move around the field to find the best picking. Gathering a few ice cream buckets full is still possible though. You just need to be patient. This late in the season, it is normal to have to sort through overripe fruit.
🍓We HOPE to pick until Saturday, June 20, but as each day passes, there will be less and less to pick. Mother Nature will determine how long we can pick this last week. Please, if you need berries, do not wait.
🍓We will NO longer be taking orders for already picked strawberries or have any available at the green barn. Sorry.
🍓Pick your own strawberries are $2.75 per pound.
🍓We will be open Monday through Friday from 8 to 7; Saturday 8 to 2, Closed Sunday.
🫐 Blueberry season is right around the corner. Keep watching!
*Pick your own black raspberries will be ready closer to the end of the month. We removed our red raspberry patch and will not have any this year. Take care. -Robyn

🍓June 13, 2026: My goodness I am late to the take but here we go…This is our third Saturday already. There are still berries in the fields but you need to do a little searching to find that perfect spot. Open 8 to 2 today. Closed Sunday

🍓June 12, 2026 Berry Picking Update:
We have been picking for 2 weeks already! That just doesn’t seem possible. I wanted to give a field update so you know what to expect when you arrive.
🍓The berries are still super sweet, and medium in size now. The day of the huge berry is over as they typically come on first in the varieties we grow.
🍓You must move around the field to find the best picking. The intense heat and rain have made some of them soft. This late in the season, it is normal to have to sort through overripe fruit.
🍓We hope to pick until late next week but as each day passes, there will be less and less to pick.
🫐 Blueberry season is right around the corner. Keep watching!

🍓June 11, 2026 and we are still picking strawberries. They are ripening so quickly. So sorry I haven’t posted today. My head is still above the berries 🤪

🍓June 10, 2026: It is raining here currently. We are open rain or shine though so visit if you wish. We surely need the rain. Open 8 to 7 today. Wear your boots and rain coats. 😊

🍓Update for the week of June 8, 2026:
We have finally turned the corner and the strawberries are ripening quickly.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8 to 7
Saturday 8 to 2
Closed Sunday
-We will pick each day until the last ripe berry is out of the field
-Pick your own 🍓 are $2.75 a pound
-Already picked strawberries are $7 a quart and MUST be ordered ahead of time as we do not have already picked berries readily available. Send a private message, not in the comments below, if interested. I will get back with you as soon as possible.
-Bring your own picking containers OR you will need to purchase a 5-quart souvenir bucket here for $2.50 each.

🍓Our hearts are full is an understatement. If you happened to make it over this morning, you would have seen the biggest outpouring of love from our wonderful community. Here are a few moments I captured. See you back at it on Monday! Extra claps to the kids from Pittsburgh, Peyton who is home from the military, dear friends who drop it all to join in, our family, and our honorary kids to make it all work. ❤️

🍓Get ready folks! These hot temperatures have brought on the berries finally! Open Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 8 to noon. Strawberries are $2.75 per pound to pick your own. Hoping to pick another 2 weeks yet. Check back next week if you wish to purchase already picked berries.

🍓Update: The berries need time to ripen and the warmer temperatures heading our way will be perfect. For the remainder of the week, the following will be the plan.
🍓We will be CLOSED Wednesday, 6-03-26
🍓We will be OPEN Thursday, 6-04-26 from 8 a.m. until noon. The closer we get to noon the lighter the picking might be.
🍓We will be CLOSED Friday, 6-05-26
🍓We will be OPEN Saturday, 6-06-26 from 8 a.m. until noon. The closer we get to noon the lighter the picking might be.
🍓Thank you for your continued patience. We will soon turn a corner and when we do, I anticipate being open our normal hours. Until then, we wait together.
🍓Please check back Sunday, June 7, after 6 p.m. to see when we will be open the following week. Our family is doing the best we can to predict field conditions based on the weather and the amount of visitors.
Strawberry season should last another 2-3 weeks so no need to worry yet 😊
