This year Bry The Fry Guy will not be attending any events.
Hey there Fry Guy Fans, with the season coming up I'm sure you're all wondering where to find us. However, this year due to personal decisions and doing what's best for myself and my family, we are moving to Michigan.

So at this time I have no means of operating in Illinois, THIS year. I have full intention of taking requests or having a full time operation in Illinois as well as Michigan the following year. For those of you who I am sure can't wait that long...I am currently developing an ordering website for our seasoning and BBQ sauces. If that is still too long for your Fry Guy Fix, then please reach out to me by email: [email protected] or phone: (224) 258-7372
and I would be more than happy to work on something faster. We may be able to work on private events too, so please contact us!

And Thank you everyone out there for your support. I still to this day am happily stunned how much the community enjoys and supports us. It's with that knowledge I know you will see us again soon!

This weekend, we will be selling Bry The Fry Guy BBQ Sauce! They are $8 a bottle. We will also be sampling 2 other flavors we are working with...Raspberry Jalapeño and Orange Chicken. Stop by and let us know your thoughts!

BBQ Sauce has always been a key influence in our history. It was the first thing Chef Brian took a deep dive into making for his Traditional Christmas Ribs. And the fries were soon after, Fries and Ribs, no brainer right? So we've played with many a flavors (and still will) and are sure you will enjoy these additions!

We will also be serving our loaded fries with Brisket instead of Pulled Pork at varying events starting this weekend. Be sure to try it out!
