Hi all! We have some fresh herbs for your holiday weekend!

Basil - pesto, salad dressing, caprese salad, and more
Chives - Herb dressing, top baked potatoes
Mint - Mojitos, tea, mix into Greek yogurt with garlic
Lemon Balm - reduces anxiety, improves digestion
Lemon Verbeña - high in vitamin c, use in teas
Thyme - high in potassium, vitamin a and c, and more
Sage - excellent in pork and chicken dishes

In life, many times what you see is what you get. View the evolution of a simple bouquet of flowers from our garden and beyond. Let's see how long we can use the same vase, with at least one of the same flowers from beginning to end. No rules, just right.

Bachelors buttons, radish blossoms, creeping bell flower (ugh I know but at least we can use their beauty, amiright?!), yarrow, cosmos, begonias, crimson clover, and not sure about the yellow stalks in the back but we get them very year and they're so cute!

News of the day!

If you want a bundle of herbs, you'll get a gallon size bag of mint for FREE! $13 each and comes with the following:

Chives - top potatoes, add to dressings, etc...
Basil - caprese salad, pesto, herb dressing, etc...
Thyme - Great on chicken and beef, or used as tea
Lemon Balm - so lemony! Great in teas and salads
Lemon Verbeña - I use this as my daily tea. So good!

If there's something you don't want, you can substitute up to one item (example - don't want lemon verbeña so you ask for extra chives). We have limited quantities, so we want to make sure to have enough for everyone. Who's in?!
