News of the day!

If you want a bundle of herbs, you'll get a gallon size bag of mint for FREE! $10 each and comes with the following:

Chives - top potatoes, add to dressings, etc...
Basil - caprese salad, pesto, herb dressing, etc...
Thyme - Great on chicken and beef, or used as tea
Lemon Balm - so lemony! Great in teas and salads
Lemon Verbeña - I use this as my daily tea. So good!

If there's something you don't want, you can substitute up to one item (example - don't want lemon verbeña so you ask for extra chives). We have limited quantities, so we want to make sure to have enough for everyone. Who's in?!

For anyone who got Native Carolina Praying Mantis Egg Hatching Habitats, your ootheca (egg sac) should be hatching any day now! Remember to mist it with water if the habitat is completely dry, and change out the paper towel if it gets funky. Your ootheca should hatch in the morning. Give it a couple hours before releasing the babies, as they need a bit of time to acclimate to the outside world. Then walk the whole habitat around your property, tapping a couple (or more) out on each plant. They will immediately take shelter under a leaf. Check back to those plants to find your fun garden friends!
