Pickle people update‼️🚨

We have battled the pickles all week in the medium freeze dryer. We have NOT surrendered just yet 🤪. Sometimes these machines throw temper tantrums that rival that of a 3 year old or akin to a teenager that groans about doing dishes 🤷‍♀️🤣

We’ve lost pressure about a million times and the medium is refusing to go into dry mode. Soooo, we called it DOA and moved them to the small machine yesterday. Typically “ wet” foods take 2-3 days to process. We have not waved our white flag and will continue to march forward 🫡

Personally, I think this sounds disgusting😂 HOWEVER, the amount of requests we have had for the last two months for freeze dried pickles is INSANE!
