I will be smoking brisket,ribs, and ham for Christmas prices are as follows. Due to making a deal on meat prices are as follows. I need to let everyone know if you need to place an order I will be cooking this weekend. These can be frozen and reheated in the oven. I will gladly tell you how and to reheat and it will taste the way it did when it came off the pit.

Ribs 22.50
Fried Turkey: 60.00

Just like to let everyone know we are going to be doing some custom smoking for people throughout the summer for events parties or any other of you smoked meat needs. Please let us know prices will vary due to the rising cost of food but if you call we can quote and get you a price. Thank you in advance and very much appreciate your consideration.
