When it gets dark sooner I am glad I have extra lights. Goats were happy with their delivery.

We build them playgrounds. They choose a spare drainage pipe. 🤷🏻‍♀️🐐

Just another day at Willow Creek Farm.

The goats have killed their fair share of trees around here — eating the bark, stripping the leaves and scratching against them.

So, we cut down the dead trees and turned some of them into a hitching post.

Bitsy has apparently decided we’re just serving them differently now.

Oh, Bitsy.

If you’re not following Willow Creek Soap Co., you should!

Farm Life of the Week 🐐

Meet Athena, undisputed queen of the herd.

Athena free ranges around the farm because, after years of being in charge, she has earned that privilege. 👑

And then there’s Bitsy.

Bitsy has not earned that privilege. Bitsy simply cannot be contained. 😂 So every now and then, she joins Athena on her rounds like a tiny, self-appointed royal sidekick.

The funny part? They look so much alike that you’d swear they were related.

They’re not.

One is the respected queen of Willow Creek.

The other climbs trees and ignores fences.

I’ll let you guess which is which.

Oh, Bitsy. 🤦‍♀️🐐

Sometimes you walk outside at just the right time. ❤️

Just an old barn, a Tennessee sunset, and the place we’re lucky enough to call home.

This is Willow Creek Farm.
