Que-Saders. Club members, Friends. Anyone who wore the brand with Pride.

I, Keith Gimmy, made a decision that let many of you down.

I acted in a time where I was overwhelmed, without consideration towards you. I crossed lines I shouldn't have, and failed to listen to wise council. I didn't fully realize what this meant to some of you.

This decision, and the responsibility therein, lies solely with me.

On May 9, I want to serve you myself, one on one to apologize to all of you. As you deserve.

This is not a rebuilding, nor to offer excuse for what I have done. This is one more gathering of the brotherhood of the Q.

May 9th is coming up, and I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone again.

The Que-Munity meant a lot to me because of the people in it and what we accomplished. I’ve missed the conversations, the laughs, and the bond we built around cooking and helping others.

I know things didn’t end the way anyone hoped, and there are things I need to say to some of you. I’d much rather do that face-to-face. But more than anything, I’d just like the chance for us to be in the same backyard again — and I’m happy to offer mine — swapping stories, sharing some good food, and remembering the best parts of what we built together.

I’ll be putting everything I’ve got into the pulled pork that day, and I hope some of you can make it out. It wouldn’t feel the same without you.

Que-Munity, this is one of the hardest things I’ve had to say. We are closing the club and ending operations effective immediately. It hurts, because what we built together was real. We fed people who needed us. We served our community. We created something that mattered.

But know this: the good we did lives on, and the friendships we made don’t end today. Thank you for every ounce of heart you poured into this. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for making this more than a club. It has been a great honor to work with you.

The Tribe That Gives Back

Every event, every meal, every moment of service has built something stronger than any smoker or recipe — it’s built us.

We’ve fed veterans, supported families, lifted spirits, and reminded our town what community really looks like.
We don’t do it for praise — we do it because it feels right.
And when the work’s done, when the last ember fades, the smoke still lingers — proof that we were here.

That’s the legacy of Que-Munity: the fire burns out, but the impact never does.

The Gift of Showing Up

The greatest thing we bring to the table isn’t our ribs or our rubs — it’s our presence.
Being there, even when it’s inconvenient.
The folks wearing Que-Munity hats and shirts have one thing in common — they don’t wait to be called.
They see the need, and they fire up the pit anyway.
And that’s what sets this tribe apart: we show up, and we bring the heat with us.
