Our Land:
We are proud to raise cattle as grass fed and grass finished, which means they consume grass their entire lives. Unlike other farms where their beef can be marketed as grass fed, but still can be grain fed for the last three months of their lives. We utilize intensive rotational grazing, which means the cattle are moved from one pasture to another every few days to ensure they receive optimal benefits from the most succulent and fresh pasture. Our grazing crop features a variety of grasses that include brome grass, orchard grass, fescue, and alfalfa, that are planted on certified organic soil, which are never chemically sprayed or fertilized. Creating a low-stress life for all of our cattle is the utmost importance.
