👼 🫏 Last days of the 2019 Sainted Ass 🫒 🍒 🌿

Who needs So2 when you have angels protecting your wine?! ✨ We see this as a darker, richer style of Barbera in comparison to its sister San Hercurmer. Damson plums and black cherry compliment a olive brininess with hints of marjoram. The weight of this wine is prevalent with a coarse rusticity likely from the light oxidation it saw resting in barrel for 2 years, sans soufre.

2020 Valentin 🥀🍓❤️ Grafted from secret suitcase Loire cuttings in 2016, its presence at RHV symbolizes a commitment to cultivating particular varieties that just don’t want to grow here 😝. Notoriously finicky, this was the one time our Pineau de Aunis yielded enough grapes to bottle a wine on its own.

A lot of crossed fingers, wishing on birthday candles, and looking for 4 leaf clovers go into farming this block of well loved grapes. It makes a deliciously bright, floral wine when the planets align! 🍇💥 🪐
