Summer Honey is a full flavored, refreshing summer seasonal . This well balanced brew has a unique blend of spices, which complement the european hops. The Honey lightens up the Body and helps to blend taste with aroma without making the beer too sweet.

Big Sky Country Pilsner is brewed almost exclusively with Pilsner malt. We add a touch of Traditional German Saaz hops for additional malt complexity. We cold age this beer for several weeks to give it the crisp, clean finish one would expect from a traditional Pilsner.
At 5% ABV, this beer is a great addition to floating the
Clark Fork, throwing in a pack for a hike, or enjoying in good company around a campfire.

Triple Dry Hopped American India Pale Ale
Trip out with Psychedelic Cat Grass, one of the friskiest IPAs in the Short’siverse. We use Mosaic, Amarillo, and Citra hops (you know, the best ones) to triple dry hop this brew for a full on tropical fruit flavor touchdown complemented by bold aromas of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit. Cat Grass finishes pleasantly dry and bitter, leaving you ready for that next sip…or gulp…we’re not here to judge. We’ll leave the judging to the cats.

Shandy pours raspberry pink and is mildly tart, but has added sweetness from the lemonade which brightens up the berry notes, making this summer crusher just sweet enough to remind you of snow cones and running through sprinklers.
