Meet the Carson family, the people behind Carson Cattle Co.
Founded in 2015 right here in Murray, Kentucky, our freezer beef program is built on one simple belief: great beef starts long before it reaches your dinner plate. We begin with carefully selected Angus genetics and hand-pick each animal for our program, focusing on quality, consistency, and care every step of the way.
Our cattle are antibiotic-free and raised on a diet of grass, hay, and ensilage grown without chemical treatments or herbicides, then finished with a carefully mixed grain ration to support proper fattening and exceptional beef quality. Each animal is managed individually, allowing us to prioritize health, nutrition, and overall well-being.
The result? The majority of our package beef grades High Choice to Low Prime, placing it in the top 10% of carcasses for quality. It’s beef you can feel good about buying, cooking, and sharing around the table.
