Wishing all you fine folks a happy Thanksgiving from High Mesa Chile Co! We are incredibly grateful for your support and wanted to share a personal thank you from our small team to you.

From farmer’s market beginnings to growing distribution and popping up on store shelves across the country, we couldn’t be more thankful for all the support that has gotten us here.

Despite endless options, folks like you have opted to support the small guys trying to make something unique with old school methods in small batches. Supporting us and other small businesses consistently, but especially during the holidays, makes such an outsized impact on local economies and the craftsmanship and quality in the food system overall.

We have never been more busy flame roasting chiles, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of your ongoing support. From our small team of 6, we want to wish you and your loved ones a very lovely holiday season!
