In the past years, we have been a surf shop, a Margaritaville, a fitness center with healthy café, a campground with store, and this year – we are ‘customized food distribution’ for lunches-to-go. If we were a real business, we would target the charter schools to contract their school lunches; the athletic teams for the away games; band and drama events…anything that may need a boxed ready-to-eat meal that also aligns with the governments’ guidelines for nutritional meals for kids. The website will be designed to allow the customer to build their own “preferred meal system” starting with what type of carrier – a plate, a carryout box, a meal-portion pan, a designer bento box, or even the old fashioned lunch box. Once they choose the carrier, they build the meal (similar to Subway – breads, meats, all of the toppings, and dressings… and can’t forget to choose a beverage and dessert – healthy, of course!)
