Pu-erh, a fermented tea from China’s Yunnan province, is known for its deep, earthy flavor. Pair it with goji berries, a fruit long used in Chinese food traditions, for a fall brew with earthy depth and gentle fruity notes.

To brew: Steep 1 teaspoon of Pu-erh tea with 1 tablespoon of dried goji berries in 8 oz of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain and add honey or your preferred sweetener to taste.
