Fresh hop season is one of our favorite times of the year and this one is packed with all that deliciousness we love! One thing that makes this batch special is the balance between our classic West Coast IPA character and that intense fresh hop saturation. It hits that perfect sweet spot, making it incredibly crushable! Expect loads of pithy grapefruit and bright lemon zest, followed by dank pineapple leaf and cannabis, with a subtle touch of berry Kool Aid and fruit punch rounding things out. 🌿🍊

New month, new special, fresh b**r. Not a bad way to start the weekend! 🌴☀️

Our new monthly special has landed:

Golden Crusted Tilapia 🐟
Breaded tilapia over roasted yellow squash, zucchini and multicolored potatoes, surrounded by a silky red pepper coulis and finished with garlic herb oil and fresh parsley.

Crispy, buttery, bright, saucy. This one looks just as good as it tastes. 🤌

We’re also tapping a fresh collab with our friends at Ravenna Brewing Co that we brewed while we were up in Washington!

“Aurora Australis”, New Zealand Lite L***r - 4.2%
Brewed with Pilsner malt and pale rye, then hit with Superdelic and Nectaron in the kettle and whirlpool, plus Nectaron Hyperboost. Fermented with Ravenna’s house l***r yeast, naturally carbonated and l***red ice cold. Light, crisp and crushable with plenty of New Zealand hop character.

From Murrieta to Miami 🌴

“Field Trip”, Collab w/ Tripping Animals Brewing Co.®️
DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Citra Cryo, Motueka, Kohia Nelson, D5-055 & Pineapple Express Terpenes - 7.6%

We finally linked up with the crew at Tripping Animals for a long overdue collab! “This is like the apex of the vortex of joint engineering.”

Pineapple overload. Huge notes of pineapple sorbet, crushed mango, ripe passion fruit and sweet, resinous Pineapple Express jump out of the glass. Soft, saturated and absolutely bursting with tropical character.

To make things a little more fun, we brewed a Hazy IPA here in California while the Tripping Animals crew brewed a West Coast IPA in Florida.

Two b**rs. Two coasts. One Trip.

Happy Friday! We’ve got a couple fresh ones hitting the taps today!

“Sacred Stone”, Hazy IPA - 7.5% DDH w/ Motueka, Wakatu & Citra.
No Scroll of Wisdom needed to understand this one.
Massive notes of lime, pineapple and tropical fruit flood the palate, giving way to a creamy, smooth finish. Brewed for those who seek legendary loot.

“Lost Lands”, Sour IPA w/ Cherry, Vanilla Bean, Milk Sugar & El Dorado - 7.2%
We brewed this back during the peak of COVID when cars filled the parking lot for curbside pick up. Time flies. This one has been highly requested and we are sorry that it took so long to bring it back. Not really sure why we waited because this one is pretty incredible. Notes of pie crust and melted sour cherry popsicle, with subtle earthy baking spice and sweet floral vanilla bean. Way too easy to drink.

Once a year we get to dump an irresponsible amount of freshly harvested hops into a b**r, and today’s the day.

Freshies from Crosby Hops getting steeped and Yakima Chief Hops Frozen Fresh going into the whirlpool. It smells absolutely insane in here! More on this one soon.

We’ve hit some turbulence. Secure your b**r and remain seated. 🛩️

“No Fly Zone”, West Coast IPA – 6.9%
DDH w/ Mosaic, Nectaron, Riwaka, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra Dynaboost.

Bright lychee and passionfruit aromas give way to resinous cannabis, overripe citrus, white peppercorn and peach. Dry and crisp on the palate with candied citrus peel, sticky pine resin and musky tropical fruit punch, all backed by a balancing resiny bitterness.

Hop saturated and incredibly drinkable.
