It started as love at first bite more than 50 years ago.

Felix and Jean Costanza opened Costanza's Sno-Balls and Soft Serve in Metairie, Louisiana, in 1974 after trying a sno-ball for the first time. Today, the family-owned shop is a local favorite where regulars make memories and new guests feel right at home.

Costanza’s keeps the menu fun with new flavors, toppings, and creative treats, from DOLE SOFT SERVE® Peach Flavor with whipped cheesecake and fresh strawberries to Raspberry, Strawberry, Lime, and Pineapple Lime swirls.
