Welcome to our farm stand! We will use this page to update customers on what's new and available. If the sign says OPEN we have produce/plants for sale.

Just pull on in to the driveway and check out the stand. Please be respectful of our growing spaces. If you would like a tour just send a message and we would be happy to arrange something.

Just an update: deadline for orders is March 22nd 😊

***CUSTOM STARTED PLANT ORDERS***

Here is what I have available this year! Because of how I am growing and organizing this season, all custom orders have to be in quantities of 8, ($2.50 per plant/ $20 for a tray of 8) and availability of varieties is strictly first come first served. Onion sets and seeds can be ordered independently (see pictures).

If you want less than 8, I will have a variety of extras for sale at the farm stand after our last frost date.

Please get your orders in to me within the next 2 weeks so I can get them started. Click on send message below with a list of your chosen varieties and the quantities you would like.

All plants will be grown in an organic seed starting mix, from heirloom seeds, and fertilized with Neptune's Harvest.

***EARLY SPRING STARTED PLANT SALE***

Early spring starts are already in the greenhouse. I am trying something a little different this year. These veggies are all cold tolerant varieties, and can be planted once the soil is workable PRIOR to our last frost date, offering a June harvest. I started a specific number of each of the below listed varieties, and will be keeping a portion for my own garden. The excess will be divided up and sold in "the early spring box". Only 3 of these boxes will be available. $50 each (less than $1 per start).

-Fresh cut herbs, peppermint, sage, rosemary, oregano, all grown using organic methods.

Starting this season off right with the farmstand officially open. Selling our extra plants from this year's early plant orders. Everything is an heirloom variety grown using an organic soil mixture. The seeds have been grown in Muskego the last couple years and should perform better locally. Plants are 2.50 each, seeds are 1.00 per packet, and the money goes right back into the farm, paying for animal feed and seeds for next year. Maybe even help save towards the bee hive we want to get 😉🐝

Really excited about this! We placed the stand today. It moved into place much easier than expected. Work still needs to be done to it but it will be ready for this coming season.

Really excited about possibly offering cut flowers out of the stand this year! This year's big experiment is a succession planted cut garden! One things for certain, you won't be able to miss our house once all the beds are grown in 😊

STARTED PLANTS AVAILABLE FOR PRE ORDER

Hey everyone 🤓! This year I am going to experiment with taking started plant orders! If this is successful, next year I will expand my seed collection further and possibly my growing space to accommodate more customers. I have been starting my own plants for over a decade and know how intimidating and frustrating it can be just starting out. Let me do some of the work for you 😉

So how do you order? Below is my available seed list. You select varieties that interest you and send The Jackalope Farm Market Place a message containing what you would like and how many of each. Each start is $2.50 a piece.This is cheaper than most nurseries because this is my first year doing it for others, AND I intend to reduce packaging as much as possible. Seeds will be started based off of our local frost date. To reduce the temptation and risk of planting them too early, your order will be available for pick up AFTER our last frost date has passed. Cash payment is due at pick up.

If you want details on a specific variety you may be interested in, please ask in this post, and I will answer questions or post th 1e seed packet for you. I marked our favorites with a 🤩. Seeds will be started in organic soil.
