Hey, we’re Burned Out Spice Co. 👋🏼

If you’re new around here, here’s a little bit about us.

Burned Out started with Chef Steven Shaw and 20+ years spent in professional kitchens. The seasonings he used in his own cooking eventually turned into something he wanted to share. So now he’s mixing and packaging his own small-batch blends right here in Muskegon, Michigan. ✋🏼

Right now, there are three:

House Blend. Blackened. Midnight Rub.

Three completely different blends, made for real food and everyday cooking — whether you’re at the grill, in the kitchen, or figuring out what the hell you’re making for dinner tonight. 😂

Small. Local. And pretty damn proud of what we’re building.

If Burned Out Blackened had a natural habitat… it’d probably be wings. 🔥

Crispy, smoky, a little spicy and LOADED with flavor. This is where it shines.

But don’t stop at wings. 👀
We’ve put this stuff on chicken, burgers, sweet potatoes, veggies, popcorn… honestly, if it needs flavor, Blackened belongs on it.

Burned Out Spice Co. Blackened shrimp, cheesy grits, caramelized onion, bacon, and arugula.

🥢 Chili Lime Wagyu Noodles (4 tickets)
Hoisin, guajillo, and lime-marinated noodles topped with grilled wagyu skirt steak and pickled onion.

🥦 Sticky Charred Cauliflower (3 tickets)
Charred cauliflower with honey-soy glaze, scallions, gochujang aioli, and toasted sesame.

First orders have officially shipped!

Seriously…thank you all so much for the support already. Seeing people actually trust me enough to order something I built from scratch is pretty surreal.

Burned Out Spice Co. started as an idea after years in professional kitchens and way too many late nights. Now there are actual packages headed out the door and that’s wild to me.

I’m still figuring this whole shipping/business side out as I go, so I appreciate everybody being patient while I learn 😂

More seasonings, more content, and a lot more good food coming soon.

And if you’ve ordered already - please post pics when you cook with it. I wanna see what everybody makes with this stuff.
