Here are the pictures from the past two weeks of carving class. Today some high school kids joined our class to see what wood carving and wood burning was all about. Also, the elk antler that was donated by a fellow carver was cut up and I'm excited to see what different carvers are starting to do with theirs.

Carving projects for this week. Just a reminder we welcome people to come check our group out. Your skill level doesn't matter. You can be a beginner or a seasoned carver. We meet every Thurs from 1-4. The elk antler was a very generous gift to us from one of our fellow carvers. I'm excited to post pictures of what different one's create from this antler

Wood carving projects we've been working on, or have completed. We've had the pleasure of being able to enjoy the grandchildren some of our carvers have been bringing. It's so important to help guide the next generation of future carvers as they show interest in this. We appreciate people to come visit, check out our class, no matter your skill level everyone is always welcome.

One thing for sure about our Lakeshore wood carving group is we are a close knit 'family'. We've become great friends and value and appreciate each other. I neglected to post these, but I sure appreciated my birthday party, cards, and the song. (twice even) Plus it's always a great carving day
