Today is smoker cleaning & re-seasoning day. Something we take serious around here as we pride ourselves in delivering high quality low and slow smoked meat which starts with good clean smoke flavor. 😀

What a day.

I'll be honest, I'm absolutely exhausted. Today was a great reminder that as we continue to grow, it's time for me to bring on some consistent help.

I also want to apologize to anyone whose order may have been incorrect or didn't come out exactly as it should have. We had a moment where things got extremely busy, and I got a little overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. That's not an excuse, just accountability. We take pride in what we serve, and I always want every customer to have the best experience possible.

That said, today was still an incredible success, and I'm truly grateful for the amount of love and support Rub-N-Grub continues to receive. The community has shown up for us in a major way, and I don't take that for granted.

We will be closed until next Thursday, but you can still catch us at Taste of Muskegon on Friday and Saturday.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and belief in what we're building. We appreciate every single one of you.
