Spice up your Taco Tuesday with this Tex-Mex Beef and Rice Skillet.
It features are fall Tex-Mex Simmer Sauce.

Tex-Mex Beef & Rice Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 poblano chile pepper, chopped
- 1½ cups long-grain white rice
- 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup canned or frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 cup Tastefully Simple Tex Mex Simmer Sauce

Directions
1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef, onions and peppers until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
2. Stir in rice; cook 1 minute. Stir in broth, beans, corn and Tex-Mex Simmer Sauce.
3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a green salad.
