When I was in high school, I LOVED irises. They are what I wanted for every school prom (it was unintentional, but yay for in-season flowers). My school colors were purple and white and I was unapologetically a Sue Heck from The Middle (major school spirit!). 😂

I’ve heard so many stories of memories attached to flowers. It’s such a special thing. Would love to hear any Iris memories. Go bobcats. 💜😉

Thanks to the Frederick County Office of Agriculture for having me at their holiday party! This team is benefiting ag in Frederick and they are also pretty handy with clippers and some greenery!
It was a perfect way to cap my 2025 season. Not only did we have a good time whipping up something beautiful, but also it was such a great reminder of how awesome it is to be a part of this ag community.
