Wow! Over 120+ new followers in the past few days?! I think itās time to introduce myself again!
Hi everyone!!
With so many new faces here and questions coming in, I wanted to share a little about myself Seabreeze Treats & Sweets - Myrtle Beach, SC!
Iām a single mom of two, a self-taught baker, and the owner of a licensed home based baking business in Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach!
First things first, Iām not a storefront bakery! Everything is made by me, from my home kitchen! I offer weekly pre-orders, custom orders, scheduled pickups, and local deliveries.
š My apple c***r mini donuts have been a local favorite for almost 3 years now! I only make mini baked donuts, not fried or full-sized donuts. My fall treats, including my apple c***r whoopie pies, are also going into their third year!
š§ I make all kinds of baked goods, including cupcakes, cookie cakes, sheet cakes, cookies, scones, chocolate covered treats, and more!
š» My only specialty is that my home bakery is completely peanut-free and tree nut free! This is incredibly important to me because of my sonās severe nut allergies. While I canāt accommodate every request, I always do what I can to make my customers happy!
A little about the person behind the treatsā¦ ā¤ļø
Iām raising two little ones without much family, and I run this entire business on my own while juggling their schedules and everything that comes with motherhood. Itās not always easy, and financially, I struggle just like many other families. But I do work hard, spend long days and nights in the kitchen and have never given up hope that my work will pay off in the near future! Iām always looking for (and praying for) opportunities that suit my schedule with the kids!
What makes this business so special to me is the community behind it. Some of you believed in me almost instantly, and nearly three years later, youāre still here supporting me!
God has been so good to us & this community has helped me through some incredibly difficult times, including moments when I didnāt have food on the table, or Christmas presents for the kids, when I had to take my kids out of daycare because it was too expensive, when my lights were turned off or when I had no gas. Iāll never forget the kindness you all have shown us.
Thatās also why I try to give back whenever I can, whether itās donating baked goods to families who are struggling, giving back to first responders or surprising people who have made a difference in someone elseās life. I wish I could do more, but for now I give what I can with my own two hands and the ingredients that I have!ā¤ļø
The kids and I genuinely love our customers, getting to know people, chatting during pickups and deliveries, and being part of this community!
To everyone who has supported me for years, THANK YOU!! Thank you for believing in me, sharing my business, and helping me build something Iām so proud of. Youāve blessed my life in more ways than you know.
And to all my new followers, welcome!! Iām so happy youāre here!
