Wayneford's Grillin' Sauce and Marinade

Wayneford's Grillin' Sauce and Marinade Waynefords' Grillin Sauce It began as a 'wing sauce' since that is what I was using it on my grill, and I promoted the sauce as a 'wing sauce'.

I soon found out people were using this on much more than chicken wings. I renamed it a Grillin' Sauce after getting feedback from customers about them using it on Ribs, Chicken, Pork, Lamb,steaks, hamburgers, pork chops, using it as salad dressing and also a dipping sauce. It's more like an All Purpose sauce but for me, it will always be a Grillin' Sauce. It is best used in my opinion as a thick

basted Grillin' Sauce. Use it how you like and enjoy. From the 5 cases sold in three weeks, I received a 100% positive feedback report. It's a tangy sweet sauce but not too tangy or too sweet. My first jar is appropriately named ''Wang Tang". It's a MUST try for anyone! If it ain't on the grill, you don't get the thrill.

I have been too busy to mess with this sauce anymore. It seems it cost too much to make in order to get it into stores the proper way. For now I make it locally for friends every once in a while. Need some time to work with it to reduce ingredients and cost. Everyone seems to really like this sauce. Maybe one day I can get the cost down enough to be able to mass produce it. It's just not high on my list now. I would though possibly be interested in selling the recipe. 😀

Trying to get my business plan in order so I can get this moving along. Thanks for all the help from those who have helped and bought a LOT of this sauce so far. You guys and gals know who you are. Hopefully it will be on store shelves SOON! If you have not tried this, you need to. It really is some awesome and versatile sauce. Now go fire up the grill!

Things NOT to do with this sauce ---> Deep fry wings then toss in a bowl of Wayneford's Grillin' Sauce. It's a GRILLIN' sauce and Marinade, not a buffalo wing sauce!

Marinate meats 1-2 days in zip lock baggie before you GRILL or BAKE. Baste generously for best effect! If it ain't on the grill, you won't get the thrill!

My sauce makes ANYTHING taste better! Use it as a marinade, grilling sauce, baste with it, dip veggies or cooked meat into it. Pork, beef, Poultry, Lamb, Ribs....bake it! Grill it! Make jerky! Yea. This stuff is delicious!
