I’m Aquariann “Aqua” Thompson, a 100% Disabled Army Veteran, chef, and founder of Aqua’s Notchyo Mammy LLC. My mission is to honor Gullah and Southern traditions while reimagining comfort food with bold creativity and unforgettable flavor.

Every dish I create tells a story of resilience, family, faith, and culture. From elevated seafood creations to indulgent Southern desserts, I believe food should nourish the soul and create lasting memories.
