Hey guys!

So there have been so many changes to my personal life that have affected my baking journey, but I'm here with an announcement. To see who's listening. Haha.

I'll be taking a management position at a local Italian restaurant called Little Italy, located in Coos Bay. And when I do, I will be showcasing my baked goods!

My cakes, my cupcakes, my pastries, breads and sweet breads, my scones.. they'll all be there to order and enjoy on a daily basis.

And of course, I'll be covering their desserts, making sure they are always made in house, fresh, and baked with love.

You'll be able to order cakes through me, through the restaurant, or try the desserts or pastries we'll be offering alongside their menu.

This will be a giant step in the right direction for my baking talents, and I greatly look forward to serving you, my Coos County family!

A little bow cake from today 🎀✨

This was an orange and ground almond cake, with a light whipped cream frosting. Butters and oils were omitted for pureed oranges, flours and starches were replaced with ground almonds and polenta. Very fragrant cake. 😊 🍊
