Super happy for this team!!!!! Congrats!!!!

Well the team rolled on down to Water Valley this weekend for a great competition put on by Tonya Ward Eubanks. It was a touch on the hot side but overall we had a great cook and hit all of our marks. The Newman Farm Heritage Berkshire Pork hog and shoulders did great bringing home a first place hog a 5th place pulled and a 7th place rib. We were happy with everything we turned in and had a great time. Thank you to Korte Meats Competition Bbq ,Smokin Brothers, Inc., Gateway Drum Smokers and Outlaw BBQ Smokers for all you do.

For our growing kids I prep easy meals they can assemble themselves for an after school snack.

A favorite is Asian inspired ground pork cooked and packaged in small portions, then frozen.

After school they get a packet of microwaveable rice, portion of seasoned ground pork for a delicious protein filled meal!
