A suspiciously delicious blend of guava, mango, and lemon potion, topped with Griffin Whipped Cream, a maraschino cherry, and a dried orange slice for maximum magical effect.

Refreshing? Absolutely.
Safe? Probably.
Worth the risk? Definitely.

Possible side effects may include:
• Speaking dramatically to strangers
• Attempting to name every bird you see
• An uncontrollable urge to cackle at appropriate and inappropriate times

For years, Wizard Beer has been our signature drink. Sweet butterscotch goodness that has fueled countless magical adventures, questionable decisions, and at least a few dramatic wand purchases.

But summer called, and we answered.

Introducing Frozen Wizard Beer.

The same delicious Wizard Beer you know and love, now frozen into a frosty potion worthy of even the hottest dragon season.

Potential side effects may include:
• Feeling 37% more magical
• Believing your wand works better than it did five minutes ago
• Suddenly volunteering to fight a dragon
• Telling everyone around you, “Just try a sip.”

We cannot guarantee any magical powers, but we can guarantee it’s delicious.

Our new Cloak and Wand in Myrtle Beach is now open, and the wand shelves are fully stocked.

Alice has taken it upon herself to oversee the wand section and occasionally cast a spell or two. Whether those spells are helpful is still being debated.

Choosing a wand is easy. Choosing the right wand is another matter entirely.

Browse the wand collection, find the one that calls to you, then bring it to the counter for activation. That’s when the magic happens and your wand’s hidden power is finally revealed.

Yesterday was pure magic.

After months of planning, building, decorating, and more than a few unexpected adventures, we officially opened The Cloak and Wand Myrtle Beach, and what an incredible first day it was!

Thank you to everyone who visited, explored, adopted magical creatures, brewed potions, found their perfect wand, and shared in the excitement with us. Seeing so many smiling faces walk through our doors made all the hard work worth it.

A special thank you goes to our amazing team. Your passion, creativity, and dedication brought this dream to life, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

This is only the beginning of our Myrtle Beach adventure. We can’t wait to welcome even more guests in the days ahead and continue sharing the wonder and magic with all of you.

Thank you for making our first day so unforgettable. The magic has officially arrived in Myrtle Beach!

Tomorrow at 11 AM, the doors to The Cloak & Wand at Broadway at the Beach officially swing open!

The team has been training dragons, polishing wands, stirring potions, and trying very hard to keep the magical creatures out of the potion ingredients.

Join us for our Grand Opening and see what all the magical commotion is about. The first 100 paying customers will receive a free gift, and we’ll be offering potion tastings throughout the day.

This is the crew responsible for the magic (and most of the chaos). We can’t wait to welcome you tomorrow!

Love magic and books? Don’t forget to visit our spooky little sister store, Alice’s Little Haunted Bookshop, now open in Myrtle Beach!

Filled with strange books, curious gifts, literary ghosts, and things that occasionally move when nobody is looking, it’s the perfect stop for readers, collectors, and anyone who enjoys a good haunt.

And if you’re visiting us in Mystic, Connecticut, don’t forget that we have an Alice’s Little Haunted Bookshop there too, right next to The Cloak & Wand.

Pick up a wand, adopt a magical creature, then wander into a haunted bookshop. We can’t think of a better way to spend the day.

Just be warned: the books may follow you home.

It’s official!

The Cloak and Wand Myrtle Beach will open Tuesday, June 9th at 11:00 AM.

To celebrate, the first 100 paying customers will receive a free magical gift.

We’ll also be offering complimentary potion tastings all day long, so you can sample some of our most popular brews before choosing your favorite.

Come choose a wand, adopt a magical creature, explore the wonders of the wizarding world, and help us make a little magic at Broadway at the Beach.

We can’t wait to welcome our very first witches, wizards, and curious adventurers through the doors!

Meet Melvin the Mighty Dragon, Guardian of the Magical Creatures at The Cloak and Wand.

He’s been busy preparing for our Myrtle Beach grand opening next week and making sure every magical creature is ready to meet its future family.

Grand Opening for The Cloak and Wand Myrtle Beach has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, June 9th at 11am.

The magic is brewing… just a little slower than expected.

Due to construction delays, the grand opening of The Cloak and Wand Myrtle Beach has been re-scheduled to Tuesday, June 9th… assuming the inspectors don’t get trapped in a cursed hallway, distracted by enchanted cloaks, or hexed by suspicious wiring.

If all inspections go well and we get the official green light, the doors to magic will finally open.

We’ll keep you posted as we get closer. Until then, the wizards are working, the dragons are supervising, and the construction crew has been politely asked not to touch anything glowing.
