Bringing the flavors of Maui to Mystic
For 17 years our family lived on Maui, and spent the last four years developing Gypsy Maui - a mobile coffee bar focusing on locally grown and sourced food and beverages for the Upcountry Maui community. We focused on partnerships with schools and non-profits, striving to provide a delicious, family-friendly menu while supporting our neighbors’ farms and small businesses.
After moving back to New England, we decided to try something just a little different - a small coffee bar in the Naik Family branch of the Ocean Community YMCA.
Gypsy Provisions was created to serve our new community and to bring some of the Aloha spirit to our friends and family here in Mystic.
