Pig Sty Slop Wagon Catering Traditional Eastern North Carolina Pork Barbecue. Cooked the way it was originally prepared over 200 years ago. We can prepare for up to 200 people.

Slow cooked over a bed of oak and hickory wood coals and smoked. The combination of slow cooking and smoke causes a chemical reaction with the meat that breaks down the fibers of the muscles and melts the fat away. This makes the meat extremely tender and succulent. Only to be lightly drizzled with a sauce of apple cider vinegar, peppers and few other spices that gives it a taste that keeps you co

ming back for more! Whether it’s chicken, pork, pork ribs, we have what your palate desires. A Traditional Eastern North Carolina Pork Barbecue is referred to as a “Pig Roast” or more commonly known in the south as a “Pig Pickin’”. A Pig Pickin’ usually consists of Pork Bar BQ, Cole slaw, baked beans or Bar BQ potatoes, hamburger buns or hush puppies. You can pick up or we can deliver. Onsite cooking is available at an additional cost!
