A squash you can eat with soy sauce? 👀 Have you tried it?

Your new favorite squash might be one you’ve never tried before...

Meet Sweet Mama squash, a type of kabocha squash, also known as Japanese pumpkin. The best way I can describe it? A cross between a sweet potato and a pumpkin. It’s sweet, rich, and creamy.

Roast it with a little butter, soy sauce, chili flakes, and sesame seeds. That sweet-and-savory combination is SO good. 🤌

Come grab one at the farm stand and give it a try! 🎃

We really appreciate you.

🌽 We grow it without synthetic pesticides

🌽 It’s really sweet 🍭 and it’s bred to be eaten at maximum maturity (like right now, at the end of harvest season!)

PS: You can also freeze it!!

Come try it out for yourself 😋
