Another group of calves headed for the sale barn. Donā€™t let anyone tell you beef is too expensive or the farmer is making a killing. Step into the shoes of the hard working cattle farmer and face all the red tape, feed costs, weather roller coasters, planning, compromising and etc ā€¦. Then figure what the cost of beef should be. Farmers have been pushed to the end of the line for so many years. Appreciate your farmer neighbors, until you walk in their boots, you just canā€™t understand the sacrifices. Hereā€™s hoping for a strong market and good returns. šŸ™
