Updated this wonderful salad yesterday, with a different pasta size and longer marinating time.

If you can find ripe tomatoes, this is great. No cooking except for the pasta. Thanks to Rose Shulman for the inspiration. Make the sauce a few hours ahead of time, let it marinate. (Revised 6/2026)...

I'm re-trying the FGE salad recipes. This one from last night worked better if the dressing is added just before serving. Delish.

Corn cut from the cob, and a lime/yogurt dressing make this a great summer dinner salad. Find your freshest corn and ripest cherry tomatoes. This makes a lot of salad, so maybe a lunch too....

This turns out to be even better with the pasta cooked separately. I suggest a medium/ large pasta for texture.
