FOURTH OF JULY 🇺🇸 ⭐️ MENU ADDITION: Inasal was perfected in the Visayas region of the Philippines. Our chicken takes a dip in a beautiful marinade of cane vinegar, calamansi, and lemongrass before being finished on the grill. We baste the chicken with special chicken oil made with Annatto seeds that give the Inasal its trademark yellow hue. Chicken Inasal leg quarter, chicken rice, and atchara (pickled green papaya).
