Jadon’s got the jams playing in the food truck today.

One of our regulars stopped by, she’s likely in her 70’s, such a gem. Today she reached out & held onto my hand for at least 30 seconds, while telling me how much she missed us in her gentle accent.

This is my favorite part of this job.

Also, she refers to me as papa and it makes me smile every time 🥲🤣

Hey everyone,

Just a heads up. We’ve got two weeks left before we close for a couple weeks to make some updates and renovations behind the scenes.

We’ll be open this week and next week as normal, but Saturday, May 31st will be our last day of service before the short break. We’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know as soon as we’re getting close to reopening.

Then this weekend, Saturday & Sunday, we’ll be running cheesesteaks.

We’d love to see you over the next couple weeks before we temporarily shut things down and get everything dialed in for what’s next..
