2026 Restaurant Week will feature cocktail mix-offs, hot sauce challenges, and even yoga
Visit Vacaville is bringing its city-wide restaurant celebration back with a twist. Boasting more than 30 participating locations, Taste of Vacaville will run from Sunday, January 25 to Sunday, February 1, 2026 and feature a special themed event each day, in addition to the weeklong curated menus and discounts each participating eatery will prepare. A weeklong Martini Trail is another new addition in 2026.
“Taste of Vacaville has drawn the interest of our neighbors, so we’ve expanded the opportunity to participate to select participants in both Suisun Valley and Dixon,” said Alyssa Pardini, Visit Vacaville President & CEO. “They include winery tasting rooms and family-owned eateries, and are all worthy of a short trip out of town.”
