Today, we were gifted these beautiful lemons. This was only about 1/3 of the bounty. That means, lemon pasta is coming next week to the Napa Farmers Market . If you know, you know that Pasta Poetry has the best lemon pasta around! Come see us on 8/2/25 for the fruits of my labor. The random bits always make such a lovely dish and friends, .cheese is legit fu***ng good. This had the herb and sun dried tomatoe "cheese" in the sauce. It's fantastic and I've never believed vegan cheese should be a thing but damn, this bomb.

This dish blew my fu***ng mind. Sous vide pork tenderloin with a Nadia cherry sauce. It was FanF**kingTastic!!

"I Knew You Were Trouble" pasta. This Cavatappi is so fu***ng persnickety to create. It extrudes wierd, it doesn't dry like all the others, and sometimes it just flat out won't cooperate...it's my soul sister. But, when it works, it's beautiful!!
